2. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted
• Prices may change at any time without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information directly.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within regions determined at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because many products are handmade or limited-run, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at anne@anneholloway.com with photos of the damage.
Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
5. Candle & Product Safety
Candles and related products must be used responsibly.
By purchasing our products, you agree to follow all included safety instructions. We are not liable for damages, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper burning, unattended candles, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Never leave burning candles unattended or within reach of children or pets.
Some products may contain essential oils or fragrance oils that may cause sensitivities. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining personal suitability.
6. Retreats, Workshops & Events
Participation in retreats, workshops, or events is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
You acknowledge that experiences involving travel, movement, wellness activities, outdoor environments, or group participation carry inherent risks.
We are not medical or mental health providers and do not guarantee specific emotional, physical, financial, or personal outcomes.
Additional terms, waivers, or cancellation policies may apply to specific events or retreats.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, product names, imagery, copy, graphics, designs, educational materials, and creative assets are the intellectual property of Anne Holloway unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.
